I bought products online and in store (Superdrug) the products can so well wrapped a lot of care went into packing, shipping was so quick and the makeup for the price is crazy good so affordable but such good quality

Box was packed nicely with protective peanuts, both of my pallets were intact when received

I’ve given 4 not 5 as I have contacted twice about a broken pallet I received with a silver shimmer smashed on delivery. I have heard nothing back from them and it’s unusable. Otherwise I’m obsessed with this brand. It’s v inexpensive, excellent quality for the money and beautiful products. I highly, highly recommend this brand.
