I’ve given 4 not 5 as I have contacted twice about a broken pallet I received with a silver shimmer smashed on delivery. I have heard nothing back from them and it’s unusable. Otherwise I’m obsessed with this brand. It’s v inexpensive, excellent quality for the money and beautiful products. I highly, highly recommend this brand.

It was my first time ordering and i waited 3 weeks for it to come but i got in contact with kimmi through email and they sent me a new one for free as the first one got lost
