De très beaux produits mais un service client inexistant. J'ai dû créé plusieurs comptes car malgré l'envoi d'email à chaque fois trollbeads ne me reconnait pas. Du coup pas de points de fidélité et jamais de réponse. De plus j'ai trouvé vendu sur amazon le même produit moins cher vendu par la marque.

This was compensated for when I complained, but something for others to look out for. Finally I need to add that the customer service was great.
