Placed an order early Friday morning, received my new shoes by lunchtime Saturday. Could not be better.

Lovely people who take customer service seriously. My shoebox had a tear at one corner so I emailed Trickers explaining that they were kept boxed and could I have a replacement box please. It arrived two days later just like the shoe order. Excellent service. Thanks. 👍🏻

I can’t look at any more shoes or I’ll just buy them. Love the product, love the people. Did the factory tour and the whole thing is just mind blowing how much skill and effort goes in to make every pair. Service is as old fashioned as the process to make the shoes. These shoes couldn’t be made any other way. They have heart invested in every pair.
