Great for a nite of unwinding

Very good, no complaints

I’ve tried a few different sleep gummies over the years, and these are honestly some of the better ones I’ve used. The taste is good without being overly sugary, and they help me relax within about 30–45 minutes. I noticed I fall asleep faster and wake up less during the night.
