My interactions with Trial Guides is always an enjoyable experience. The ordering process is very easy and my orders are always promptly fulfilled.

Great resource for accessing useful materials but e-reader is clunky. Also, if you're going to allow the reader to purchase the e-book for a significant discount after they buy the hard copy, perhaps offer that deal on the front end instead of in a follow-up email. That way, the buyer can cross the $200 free shipping threshold in the event the discounted e-book would put them over that limit. Otherwise, great site and I look forward to buying materials from trial guides in the future.
