I would like to complain about the delivery of your order at my place by Canpar. the driver dropped the parcel on my front deck without knocking the door while my dogs where outside my house. We were home but we did not know that a parcel was left on front deck, until we noticed that our dogs open the carton box and the bottle of Cooper base fungicide that was in the parcel. That chemical can be poison for my dog who open it! It would have been easy for the driver to knock the door as we were at home. No he just left it outside the house without telling us. My dog seems to be OK but you have to forward that message to your carrier, so they know that their driver is not doing it right. I've used the oak tree custom care kit for two years and my trees are looking great. I'm currently using a japanese maple custom care kit and a cypress custom care kit and trust that those will be just as effective. Very pleased.
