TravelPro does not accept returns at their stores and will not cover the return shipping charges. The UPS store shipping charges to return the luggage I purchased was the same amount of monies as what I paid for the luggage. I will never do busy with this company again.

It is a scam for TravelPro Outlet to offer free returns, yet make the customer pay for the shipping cost. That policy needs to change immediately.

Unbelievably Poor Service
Extremely poor service. Website says you’re glad to help, but no one was. I used travel pro luggage for the last 30 years but I’m unlikely to do so in the future. Your customer service was horrible.
