Ordering online was fairly simple. Delivery was fast and efficient. I bought a med, a carry-on and an under the seat personal bag. The carry on and medium are a set and are beautiful! The personal bag is not matching but very spacious and still looks good. Haven’t traveled yet so can’t comment on usage.

Packing and travel became so much easier compared to my old carry on. Love the color, smoothness of wheels, locking system.
