Excellent products. I am looking forward to using these bags on my next trip.

Very quick order cycle. Box packaging was itself incredibly sturdy. Arrived on time, and without any problem. Just love the lightness of the bag. . . a lightness that belies it's durability and excellent construction.

Maxlite 5 is a great suitcase. Same capacity as my old one, but much lighter. I saved money by packing it to the brim and not paying over charges. I had a slight issue with my order, but customer service resolved it promptly and satisfactory.

Shipping was fast and I got my bag before my next trip

Very happy with my new bag!
