Everything was very smooth, tons of info on the website, and an amazing instant chat. I helped a young person with the purchase of her first luggage, and she is thrilled with her new set of Max Lite, hard shell, 20-inch carry-on and medium suitcase. We are on the wait list for a tote bag. The TravelPro had the widest choice of pieces, the best price, free shipping and easy return options.

I love the pack. Very good design and well made. I recommend it for travel.

Hi I like my luggage but ended up not using it. The largest roller board you had was not large enough. I wish you made a size up in the two wheel. Cobbled streets in Europe are difficult with the 4 wheeled. I took my old nautical suitcase which is falling apart.

Very happy with my order
