I gave 3 stars because I doubt the authenticity of the product, the SmartCab logo is not clear

Seems like the site is not monitored very well as a few days went by after my order submitted and no response. Once I sent an email the order was immediately processed and I received a confirmation of my order however I just received another confirmation a week ago and that is one month after the original. all in all I am ok with ordering from Trail Recon as they do respond almost instantly with inquiries and the price was the best I found .

Love your YouTube content but your merch is not good. You should have better quality.

Great price. My order was backordered so I expected a delay but there was no communication from TR in between. The product just showed up one day .

Not a “real” first aid kit. Lots of glow sticks and crap but lacking first aid.
