The product was fine but the instructions on how to convert an older unit to be able to use the new parts were poor.

I love the dolly I bought. Customer service was great. But the tubes and tires I have are junk.

I ordered a 2 5/16 ball and a spanner wrench, received the ball but no spanner wrench, reached out to them and they did re-ship the spanner wrench, just had to wait an extra week before my order was complete

I would have liked that a version of the extension was made available to fit the pre 2024 model. Instead of buying all new parts I opted to machine down the new part to fit inside the older parts. Now all I have to do is pull one pin to switch between the 2" and 2 5/16 versions.
