When I contacted customer service
When I contacted customer service after my Jack broke in 3 months they replaced it pretty quickly but they did ask some pretty ridiculous questions like whether the Jack had been submerged under water. I thought the questions were ridiculous because I had completely described where I keep my bow how I trailer it to the launch and how I use it very detailed description and then they asked questions that didn't really make any sense but they did replace the jack which was all that really matter to me
