We had some issues with missing pieces, incorrect shelves, and issues with panels shipping later than others. The customer service team has been super responsive and has done the best they can to try to accommodate.

Overall great. Sent a high-resolution graphics image, final product missed the mark for that image. It was not clear. Otherwise, a great product.

The artwork, flooring, and backdrop frame were all great. However, the podium is not so hot. When it's setup as a podium, the top piece does not fit in very well and looks shoddy. The website advertises the podium as being 'airline friendly', except the dimensions exceed the standard max bag check of 62 linear inches so it has to ship by UPS or other. Even when it's shipped by UPS, the built in nylon straps that keeps the shell together are insufficient at keeping it together during shipping. When I shipped it, items fell out during shipping and one of the straps completely broke.
