We used the Design Services Team to create our backdrop from a rough-draft concept we created in Claude Design. The Design team was easy to work with. We are happy with our Quick Zip Executive backdrop. However, the print is not as crisp as I would have liked. Overall, 8/10

Everything worked out

Quality - 4 out 5 (screws for monitor installation were no good) Communication with designer - 3 out 5 Delivery - 5 out 5

Everything was great except the light fixtures sent do not fit the clips on the backdrop. I submitted photos of the clip/ opening on the lights. I hope I can get lights that work with the backdrop and have the right clips.

Quick, responsive, easy to contact and product was quality material and great art work.
