Less than 24hrs from order to delivery, despite not asking/paying for such quick service. 800mm were slightly too long for what I needed but they cut very easily and cleanly. (I used a mitre chop saw). I used the plastic connectors to fix them to the hand & base rail and wrongly assumed that the spindles fitted inside the cups, but they don't, they fit over them for a much nicer finish. Can't fault 'em...they've transformed the look of the decking.
