Customer service seemed okay. Sending a replacement part - EPIC fail.

After multiple emails and messages I just received a apology 🤷‍♂️

They don’t make them like they used to. Really poor quality. Ball has come off after 3 days. Am drilling holes in tennis balls now, which last a few days. When I was a kid my brother and I battered the living day lights out of our swing ball, it never came off. At £10 a time to replace we won’t be playing much longer.

Delay in delivery of product. Poor and confusing communications about delivery from Customer Support and delivery company.
