Swingball

It's disappointing how long these last before the ball comes off. Too expensive for the quality.

Product was a bit flimsy, ball kept splitting where the string goes into the ball.

Delay in delivery of product. Poor and confusing communications about delivery from Customer Support and delivery company.

Awful

This is about the fifth replacement ball we have bought from Swingball, and each one has only lasted a few weeks or months at most. I have complained on two different occasions to Swingball, and they seem utterly uninterested in how, quite frankly, shoddy their replacement ball product is. At £10, it’s poor value and also an environmental disgrace that the product lasts for such a short time, but sadly, it's the only real option I have found on the market.
