It's disappointing how long these last before the ball comes off. Too expensive for the quality.

Product was a bit flimsy, ball kept splitting where the string goes into the ball.

Terrible quality

The first one lasted ok before it split and the connector pulled out. I put the second down to bad luck but by the fifth it no longer matters how much they enjoy using it, the ball connection just isn’t robust enough. It needs a redesign from a T to something that spreads the load better and doesn’t split the ball so quickly. Or the ball string entry needs to be reinforced to stop it splitting. A nice revenue stream for them if they ignore this….
