Fast and efficient

Shipping was fast.

Not a fan of the experence of actually ordering from the store. There was no option to choose a toy from a list of toys that I intended to order. Each toy should be listed separately or it should be explicitly stated that the toy we may get is randomised and may not be what we want so the buyer is 100% sure what we are getting into. The site isn't nice to work with in this case

Taking a while to get replacement for order paid, have asked for replacement of any other character saucer chair, but have been told are unable to, very disappointing as it was supposed to be a birthday gift.

Disappointed in the purchase as I didn’t get what I asked for
