Reporting these frauds to BBB
Ordered an item a week ago, even paid extra for 2-3 biz day shipping even though I should have automatically gotten it because I spent over $100. Order has yet to be fulfilled. They don’t answer the phone and the 24/7 text option is a joke as well. They don’t respond until next day and if you call, they send you to voicemail and text you. I was told that I’d receive my tracking #, it never came. Again it’s been an entire week and the order has yet to be fulfilled. I’m annoyed Bcuz this was to by my birthday dress for a huge party I’m throwing. Now I have to dispute the charges and rush to find something local!! Very upset and unsatisfied.
