It's a great dress, fits true to size and is exceptionally flattering

Loved the dress, however some tassels came off as well as some beads fell off as soon as I opened the box. Otherwise it was great quality fabric, looked amazing on.

Ordered an item a week ago, even paid extra for 2-3 biz day shipping even though I should have automatically gotten it because I spent over $100. Order has yet to be fulfilled. They don’t answer the phone and the 24/7 text option is a joke as well. They don’t respond until next day and if you call, they send you to voicemail and text you. I was told that I’d receive my tracking #, it never came. Again it’s been an entire week and the order has yet to be fulfilled. I’m annoyed Bcuz this was to by my birthday dress for a huge party I’m throwing. Now I have to dispute the charges and rush to find something local!! Very upset and unsatisfied.

I placed my order 12 days ago, no order yet. It guarantees 2-3 delivery. I emailed ... no answer. I called, spoke to a very helpful and apologetic agent who offered me a call back from a Supervisor - have not yet received a phone call nor the dress. Disappointed !

I never received my item, nor did I receive a refund or even store credit for my undelivered item, very disappointed, will not be ordering from here again.
