What are the factors for grading ratings? The towels ordered arrived as expected, sure. I was only asked once if I wanted to pay extra to ship fastest, I thought and replied No, as usual. Then I missed the Normal Shipping fees, which cost more than the FedEx fees! I tried to cancel my order but was too late.

Fast shipping excellent quality!!!

Quick shipping and nice merch

nice and soft towels at wholesale prices.

I would definitely order our cotton towels for our janitorial company from them again. You can’t beat these prices!
