These were back ordered, which I knew when purchasing. They arrived without any issues.

this item was backordered but still came pretty quickly. both times I called customer service, the agents went above and beyond. that kind of service is rare.

The only negative I have is that I ordered them December 6 with an arrival time of January 16th and I did receive them til February 26. Otherwise im very pleased with my purchase.
