First of all, I have to say this is an absolutely stunning piece! It definitely makes a statement when you walk in. It’s the kind of piece that you want to build your living room around, not something you want to plug into what you already have. Such a lush piece, well-made, feels sturdy and looks expensive. It’s also super comfortable! And a piece you want lounge in. I really appreciated the way that it came packaged with care and none of the pieces were damaged. This couch will really elevate your space and inspire you!!! I do have to share some negatives as well. There are small gaps in between each module so it’s a perfect place for your remote control and your phone to get lost in. Also, this delivery took three weeks. Being without a couch for three weeks was super annoying. I definitely wish that it was more like one week max. So plan ahead! Lastly, after I ordered, I did find it cheaper on another website. When I reached out to customer service, they would not offer me a reimbursement or store credit. I feel like the least they could’ve done was offer a store credit which would have got them another sale and a loyal customer. You want to trust that the manufacturer will always have the better deal and not have to shop around. That being said, if you’re on the fence, whether you should get it, you should get it! I know it seems daunting to purchase a piece without ever seeing it or sitting on it but I promise you it’s super comfortable and it is so cool. !
