Missing bags from my order reached out to customer service and did not hear back.

I'm disappointed- the graphic is so cheap looking. My customers hate it, so I'm using this sample order as an example of cheap print to show my clients. I thought I was getting DTG work, but didn't realize I have to buy DTG as a service and then place the order.

A few of the bags had handle with loose and missing stitching causing it to look unfinished and feel like the handle isn’t secure. The ones that are good however are nice, more plastic than canvas

Would not recommend. Very cheaply made, Tear very easy and no give to them at all.

Very inconsistent measurements in the batch I received. Most of the totes were too short in height and longer in width. Disappointed because I have to hand pick different bags amongst different bags of dozen to find uniform ones for my business.
