Hi there, the tote bag itself is cute, but not exactly what I wanted because we were rushed in the design phase. Apparently, a lot of their designers were OOO during the time I was ordering. The customer service rep I had was so, so rude and lacked self-awareness. She kept jumping into the process and adding unnecessary stress and info while I was trying to work with the designers on a tight deadline. I don't think my purchase was worth the $80-$100 I spent. I do, however, love the quality of these bags and that they were able to ship them on time for my event! I would order again, but I hope that I don't cross paths with that sales or customer service rep ever again.

The bag and print quality were good, but the color was really far off from the approved proof and it’s so bright that it’s almost unreadable. Kind of disappointed about it :/

Surprised that shipping took a few days , the location was very close to my home.

I’m disappointed in how much they shrunk even when washed in cold water and line dried.

Decent for wholesale. Previous versions better quality.
