Received promptly. Had an issue with two bags. Something was on them. I contacted them and right away replacements were sent. They arrived right away

Still working with totebag. Ordered 200 bags and 25 of them are defective. I have to send them back before receiving new ones. This seems straight forward. I haven't experienced that, so tentatively I'm giving 4/5 stars because the product has issues, but the customer service seems to be easy to work with.

The quality of the tote and the printing is great. I did find the dimensions listed confusing and ended up ordering a size that was smaller than what I needed. The description lists hight, width, and depth but the depth only applies to the bottom of the tote and the side taper together instead of maintaining the listed depth to the top.

The product is great and shipping was quick. However I am still waiting on a response to return previous item.
