Shipping was on time but package was damaged whole liquid was on the package metrial bottle was leaking.After sending the pictures to biome they promised to send refund or resend but nothing.

Still waiting on answer to my email not impressed so far

Communication is poor with no response to general product inquiry and request returns.

Did not receive paid for product.
