This shipped really quickly! I did reach out to customer service about a potential exchange letting them know that I did use the pen so it wasn’t new and didn’t meet their typical refund/exchange criteria. I heard back fairly quickly so that was good. Ultimately I couldn’t exchange the pen, but I can understand that.
