I have been buying shirts from TM Lewin for years, though since office attendance dropped around the pandemic and I wasn’t wearing shirts every day, I had a stock of TM Lewin shirts to go through. Having just opened the last new shirt I last bought in 2019, it was time to buy some more so I bought the same size, type, fit and colours I have always bought from TM Lewin and these ones are noticeably down on quality even against shirts which have been worn for years. The material is thinner, it doesn’t feel as nice and the fit isn’t the same. The whole presentation of the shirt in its packaging is a step down from what it used to be, yet the price has increased. The “deal” made the four shirts £40. That would have been worth it previously, but not these shirts. These will be the last shirts I buy from TM Lewin.

I've bought these before about five years ago. This time the quality is not as good. The labels look like they have been sewn in by amateurs and the quality of the jumper seems poor. I thought that I may have bought fake jumpers. These jumpers were £70 and I won't buy them again and will go to TK max or online next time and pay £30 for a merino wool jumper

Very disappointed - awaiting the 5th t shirt still to arrive. Khaki green was not in the original dispatch. Have waited for a couple of weeks now. No packing note or dispatch note in the delivery either so I assumed the 5th T-shirt would arrive later. Still no sign of it

Washed t shirts once cannot wear again they have shrunk that much

I'm very disappointed. The order has been canceled without any information about the reason. The money has been returned in my account but I found out when I check why there is a delay.
