Check before you but.

Customer services is based in America and the phone number on orders is the American number. It took me some time to track down a UK phone number and even then it took me to an American call centre which is open American office hours. All sorted in the end but not easy.

even though product was faulty, the customer service was responsive and helpful. It has been over a week since i posted the watch back, but have not had my refund yet. So that is why I am giving 3 star

Timex sent the product quickly but the goods looked like they had been returned once already so I was not happy. Return process though was quick and easy. I'd have hoped though that they would check returns a bit more thoroughly and not send out marked goods as new.

Shipping took quite a long time (10-12 days) but happy with the purchase.
