I have been using Timex watches for years as the Indiglo feature is critical for me. I love the new watch which I received in February from my son as we were in Thailand. However as soon as I tried to use the Inidiglo feature it did not work properly. For when you press the crown it only works occasionally and I have to pull the the crown fully out and back again to get it it to sometimes work. I am now back in the UK and would like to return it for a replacement unit. I will contact your cutomer service to arrange for the return
