Sent defective damaged item, deflecting and addressing none of my questions through customer service, trying to force a return without any guarantee that I will not be blamed or charged for the item that was damaged out-of-box. Absolute joke, horrible transaction, will never purchase again.

Shipping and very long and refund is even worst.

Poor service from Timex. Took a month to get the watch, no reply to either email query I sent.
