Beautiful but not easy to have the heart rate

Communication on shipping was horrendous. The answers seemed auto generated and were wrong. Still telling me I would be notified when shipped and it was here. Also took a long time compared to many products although it may have just seemed like it as there was no notice then here! I received it before I was told it was shipped

File a refund 3 week ago , send it back the same day, still no refund

It has broken already, is there a warranty or return policy?
