I had downloaded the wrong
I had downloaded the wrong app and could not synch the watch to my phone at first. I called the customer service line twice. The first time I held for over an hour and gave up. The second time I called I opted for a call back and it took several hours to get a reply. Clearly the CS is overwhelmed and understaffed. A bit disappointing for a company with this kind of reputation.

Disappointing...no right size replacement band
Disappointing...no right size replacement band for my Timex watch. Amazon fulfilled easily and next day delivery. Return of the incorrect size watch was easy with Timex though...waiting for credit on my CC.
