In 2010 I bought my first Timbuk2 backpack during a trip to New York. After many trips and adventures it’s time for my second one! Such a well designed, sturdy and stylish backpack!

Service and shipping were as

Service and shipping were as expected, no complaints! I have not had any interaction with customer service so I cannot comment on that aspect. Here is my review of my Q Laptop Backpack 2. 0: This backpack is exactly the quality I was hoping for but afraid to expect. It just looks and feels NICE quality. I love the color, and the fact it's made from recycled materials helps temper my guilt over purchasing a new item. I love that there are plenty of pockets for organizing, but the outside of the bag still looks sleek and smooth, professional enough for a workplace but with the versatility to use in other settings as well. The only issue I have had so far is that I have a 17" "gaming" style laptop so while the screen is standard 17", it has extra surface area around the edges that make it a VERY tight fit in this bag. The laptop space in this bag is quite generous and seems well padded, but I can barely close the zippers over my personal laptop, which is frustrating because I specifically wanted a bag that would fit both my personal laptop and my smaller work laptop for travel. My smaller work laptop will fit in either the rear-most laptop pocket or the main pocket in the space meant for a tablet. However, I have been able to just barely zip it closed over my larger personal laptop, and that took working at it for quite a while. Maybe the fabric of the bag will stretch slightly over time and make it easier to zip closed. The other odd thing that doesn't affect me since I don't fly but may be of note to others: the way the zippers can close on this bag are opposite to where the side handle is. So if you accidentally leave one of the front zippers open, and pick the bag up by its side handle, you're in danger of spilling the contents of your bag out the other side. I am not sure the logic of that design choice, or why one of the front pocket only zips open at the top and to one side, instead of the top and both sides. Minor complaints for an otherwise very nice backpack.
