There are several features that make this the ideal travel pack for me. The grab handles are great, I use those all the time when I switch from the backpack to handheld as I get close to security with TSA, makes it easier to sling into an X-ray bin. Using this as a backpack is mandatory for me and this bag feels really comfortable. I also like that the waist strap is removable since I never use it. The cinch straps are also great, it's nice to compress the pack and minimize the size. Finally, the giant main compartment holds a lot, and the external compartments make it easy to quickly access items you need to get to the most. Overall the pack is well organized, feels durable and well made. My only minor critique is that it's not particularly light, but overall a really great pack.

Easy to pick out a bag I liked and shipping was great. Showed up and under a week and while protected in its packaging.

I was searching for a while for a bag that would fit my work needs. I'm a social worker who visits a lot of people in their homes, and so have to carry a lot of things, but also have to go to formal settings like court. I needed a big bag that was comfortable and could act as both a backpack and a shoulder bag. This is it! Two weeks in, I have zero complaints. It's comfortable and seems sturdy, has plenty of pocket space and can expand to fit a lot of items. My only small wish is to have those pen/pencil kind of holders, but nothing that greatly detriments me.
