Your product is excellent, and we would highly recommend it, and infact we have!!Your manager George in Sydney, went out of his way,to be helpful, and answered any questions we had,also was very polite. Ònly reason, I am not giving you 5 stars. . was the freight had increased by $40 in 3weeks for the same number of panels. (we were so pleased with the first order,we decided, we would get more,and use them in another part of the house). Thanks Shirley
