Got 2 sets of lights ordered one now need to return one live a hundred miles from upstairs store

For the cost of these lights you would think everything sent with them would be in working order. I ordered 6 lights and three of them had broken plastic plug ends. Not the end of the world but made for longer installation process because I then had to go get some myself.

Website needs a better explaination of products. It would be best to compare light outputs between all of the various lights. You have a great product but to order the correct equipment, more technical info and diagrams would be great aids.

Support services need a bit a help.
