I found the Scrubba bag to work very well on a recent trip to Asia. Unfortunately after about 5 washes (in just warm water) the adhesive holding in the purge valve broke down causing the valve to fall out. The bag is now not usable. Pretty disappointing.

Bought this on a trip to Italy in the Italian summer (i.e. lots of stinky sweaty clothes!) Worked a treat - it's the bomb!

My wife and I have spent over 18 months cycle travelling in the past 10 years and purchased 2 Scrubba wash bags before a trip to Europe this year. They are by far the best solution to washing when on the road we have ever used. We did have a problem with one of them developing a leak (it still worked well, just a bit messy) but it was replaced without fuss upon our return. We used in conjunction with Sard Wonder Soap and were impressed with the quality of the clean, removing a grease stain on one of my cycling jersey's that I had been trying to get rid of for 12 months! We took our 'scrubba' with us on our recent trip to Vietnam. Great idea! Every couple of days we would use it to wash our shirts, shorts and underwear and it was so quick n easy. Our friends chose to use the laundry service the hotel offered so were forever looking for money to pay the laundry bill plus on two occasions their washing came back to hotel minus an item of their clothing! We had no such dramas, we honestly found it effortless to get the scrubba out and in a few minutes our laundry was done! Will be taking it on our next overseas trip plus we regularly take it on our camping trips.

I bought the scrubba for 6 weeks travelling across south east Asia. My boyfriend likes to travel very light and we have been washing our clothes constantly with the scrubba. Having washed many clothes in small sinks with no plugs the scrubba really makes the job a lot easier. It is not super easy to get all the air out and a little hook to hang it to dry would make it perfect but all in all we are very happy we bought it and I imagine it will be used for many further trips
