Worst Customer Service ever. I’ve enjoyed your product for over 50 years and always buy thermos. After this last encounter, I will never buy it again and will recommend others never buy it.

Thermos has always been the go to for me and my family for everyday use and for special - camping, trips. My favorite is the soup container with the spoon on the lid which I use for soups, salads and pasta. The kids love their mini 10oz funtainer. The products are reliable and really helpful for day to day and my family appreciates them. There is value to the purchase and lots of memories to share.

I have always used thermos products. I inquired about a recall, and it was approved, but took several weeks to receive a response. I still haven’t received the replacement.
