Thermos Brand

I like the thermos brand and appreciate the customer support. It would be nice for it to be easier to order and replace thermos tops. It took about two weeks to replace a thermos top.

Unable to get return. Because top is in storage.

I received a product recall notice from Amazon for the Thermos food jars 20 Oz and 16 Oz. Although purchased about 8 years ago in the US - I meanwhile relocated to Europe - I was redirected to the European website of Thermos. They sent me three replacement caps completely hasselfree. I am deeply impressed by their customer service and dedication to deliver quality products even long time after the purchase. Thank you Thermos.
