Thermos Brand

Find it difficult to comment or rate at this stage as you have only sent a survey and not responded to my email regarding faulty lid recall on my Thermos food storage flask.

Going with the original Thermos brand is always the best idea. Quality products that are well worth it and fantastic customer service- I mean that! Customer service like this is, for the most part, a fantasy and just a memory of “the good old days. ” It’s refreshing to be pleasantly surprised.
