Outstanding products excellent service

Got my recall replacements quickly. Customer service was basically non-responsive but I get the overwhelm of dealing with recalls and such. Overall, I’m glad to have the safe parts and be able to continue using my food jars.

Well was told to discard thermos did as told and we received nothing , very not good, indeed

Missing part (a rubber gasket) for my Thermos cup was available and promptly sent to me (although UPS took their time). Quality and service were excellent.

Very happy with Thermos and their long-standing reliability — their products just last. We’ve owned a few tumblers for some years now. They also handled their recent safety recall diligently by replacing the stoppers on two of our tumblers. Great customer service!
