Have been Thermos user for over 20 years, love it!

I was able to order new tops for my favorite thermos. i received the thermos as a gift from one of my children, love its design and durability so much, but had dropped and broken the lid. I went in the thermos site, got great support via email and very fast and efficient delivery! I’m so happy I didn’t have to purchase a whole new thermos. I have two, and bought a few spare locking lids just in case!

I had no purchase receipt or even a date of purchase. It was a good few years ago. The red paint was peeling off the unit. They honored the warranty without question and replaced the damaged thermos jug completely with newer model.

All ways have been a quality and American staple, since I had my very first lunchbox in school in the 60s.
