Great for anxiety and ptsd

This blanket is so very helpful with anxiety. Provides a great night sleep. Wish it was a little bigger.

It’s only been a couple of weeks now, because but I purchased the blankets for my daughter who suffers from anxiety and my son who has anxiety and behavioural problems. They have both been waking in a better mood, which affects their mood throughout the day. Wish I could get one for myself ❤️
