My 6yo has recently been diagnosed adhd/asd/spd/anxiety. Bedtime has always been a struggle. Since purchasing and using the blanket, he falls asleep within 10-15 mins instead of 1-2hrs later. I brought this blanket for my 13year old son who has ADHD and anxiety. He has alway slept badly resulting in his symptoms being worse. First night he slept with the blanket, he slept until 10am the next morning. As the nights have gone on he is going to sleep quicker and sleeping longer. Wish I had brought this years ago.
