UK OUAI Haircare

So excited when I read all the rave reviews for this product and couldn’t wait to try it. However, I’ve used it on three separate occasions now and the results have all been the same -disappointing. I find that the air foam really dries my hair out and instead of curling my naturally curly hair, it almost seems to make it straighter with no shine. I really do wish I hadn’t spent almost £40 on the air foam + delivery charge to Europe as in my case it just made my hair look much worse. Sadly, I won’t be buying the product again.

The products are amazing, but if the company's values and ethics don't include putting the consumers first, then the products are not worth it. They wouldn't be a company without the consumers..

Can’t review if I never got the package. Delivery status is ‘unable to deliver’, but there’s no notification in my mail of where I can retrieve the package nor is there Anything clear on the whereabouts.

I was not happy that I wasn't allowed to edit my order 1 minute after I made it. I spent £40+ on dry shampoo... I didn't want that, I wanted one shampoo and one dry shampoo. Never had such a bad online shopping experience
