The 2 stars is because the products does not serve well foe thin hair, at leasr my hair type. The shampoo has a lovely smell (reason for rhe 2 stars) and leave my hair somewhat fine for a few hours. However, it does not give volume to the hair, quite the opposite, after a few hours thw hair is quite flat. In addition, the scalp remains cleaned for about 24h tops. . . so not great unfortunately. Quite disappointed given the price I paid for the entire package. . . not sure what I will do with it now. It would be great that the company offered some sort of refund, money back garantee

I emailed the team when I received my products because they arrived damaged and had leaked all through the box. Unfortunately I’ve had no response which is disappointing.

Nice product but not impressed that I had to spend £5 on delivery and it didn't show up for 2 weeks!

I cannot understand why the thinning supplements have been out of stock in the uk for over three months. However they are available in the USA but they won’t ship to the uk. Very disappointing as they have done wonders for my hair but now I can’t get hold of them my hair is falling out and going back to normal.

Really don't find this memory mist to help hold my hair style at all. I have fine hair and it doesn't seem to hold the curls any more than a £3 styling product would. Also the smell isn't great.
